Your order will be prepared and despatched within 1-5 working days.
Delivery timeframes are from time of despatch.
Lost packages can only be looked into from 7 days after delivery due date.
Please contact us if your order has not been delivered after this time.
All items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Please contact us  within 3 days of receipt of order if products have arrived faulty or damaged.
